What I’m Looking For

I acquire established, under-optimised Australian businesses where systems, technology and operational improvements can materially improve profitability and scalability. I’m particularly interested in businesses where the current owner is ready to step back or retire.

  • Revenue: $500k to $2M per year

  • Profitability: Ideally 10–20% net profit, though I will consider break-even operations with obvious uplift potential

  • Industry: wholesale / distribution, B2B services or light industrial

  • Location: Australia-wide (where remote management is possible)

  • Ownership: Owner-operated, looking to exit or reduce involvement

  • Opportunity Areas: Manual processes, dated tech, lack of systems

Transaction Approach

  • I'm open to creative deal structures, including vendor finance, staged exits and earn-outs
